Top execs also practice extreme sports like mountain climbing on every continent, flying fighter jets, 100 mile mountain biking trails, triathlons etc. promoting a cult of hyper performance ..
But Peter Drucker says, "no institution can survive if it needs geniuses or supermen to manage it, It must be organised in such a way as to be able to get along under a leadership composed of average human beings" !!
