Kerala Police, is it fair ??

I am planning to go to Kerala for just a day this evening to attend a marriage in Kottayam on sunday. I am slightly sceptic of the ground situation in Kerala as the news coming out daily through the media is shocking and scary, to say the least.

The recent revelations and the firm statements coming from the CPM leadership that they are truly innocent in the TP murder case (quote E P Jayarajan MLA), that no partyman is ever involved in the murder is really true .. ( till I come back on Monday..)

The police investigating is doing such a shabby job .. Why are they targetting only poor, patriotic, peaceloving marxist workers..  The investigation should be changed from Kerala Police and handed over not to CBI , let Bihar or UP police investigate this case .. Wow, this CBI, will do a thorough job and wipe the floor clean, if they want to ..

Is Kerala a vellarikkapattanam where the police can arrest anybody in the middle of the road and take them to custody ? How come the police is not accepting the 'prathipattika' given by the party and instead wasting so much of state resources to investigate and catch the poor, peaceloving party comrades ? why ? Why ? as a sincere peaceloving citizen of the state, why should the state govt waste funds like this ? Why and what for are the party's vakkeelanmaar (loyal lawyers..) wasting all their time for ?

When the party is offering the list to the govt of the culprits, is it fair to spread the net and find the conspirators of the case ? Where in the world, do you find such an investigation? To hell with CBI and other investigators, the party has done a good job all these years and will continue to do so ..

Just because Marxists are out of power in all its earlier states and is dead outside the country, does that mean that they will never come back to power.. We should remember that they were the people who terrorised the state once upon a  time with their peaceloving, fascist mindset, why should the state treat them now with such utter contempt.??

This is totally unfair ..!! Why should the govt ever suspect the patriotic, sincere peaceloving intentions of the party and its comrades, especially from Kannur.. If they have any saundarya pinakkam among themselves, leave it to them to settle it peacefully ..

From today I will be watching only Kairali TV and reading only Deshaabhimaani newspaper, because they are the only news media reporting the truth, all others are just telling hardcore lies ..

I was under the impression that the people of Kerala were a bit more intelligent and sensitive to this spreading of canards by the media against the Marxists ..

TP murder investigation and the many fallouts ..

This morning the news from mathrubhumi was very interesting as for the first time, the arrests in the TP murder have gone frpm local and area committees to the district committees..

http://www.mathrubhumi.com/story.php?id=282989

What was even more interesting was the hartal declared by the Marxist party in Kozhikode to protest the arrest of a party leader who has been convicted of being party to a murder of member of a splinter party.

http://www.mathrubhumi.com/story.php?id=283042

Is this a democratic way of showing dissent ? Preventing the daily free movements of the people and causing them great inconveniences ? All to protect a wrongdoer ?? If he is not a wrongdoer, why can't they tackle the case in court legally instead of taking to the streets and causing so much nuisance and violence on the roads ..

There is all likelihood of this hartal going violent, it just needs a stone throw from a protestor against the police.

Is this right way for the CPM party leaders to show that it stands for truth and justice in the society ? When their comrades are convicted in murder crimes, instead of helping them to cover up the crime, confront the police and disturb the law and order, do not the leaders have a moral obligation to society to see that peace is maintained in society ?

Earlier the Marxists used to say that it is only the Manorama newspaper which was against it, now both Manorama and Mathrubhumi have gone against it. With Mathrubhumi under the control of Times of India, the newspaper can now only stand to professionally report facts and not play second fiddle to the comrades and their wrongdoings.

The people are watching and I am sure they will not take lightly to all such violations of their personal liberty. The days of militant highhandedness is over. If the party comrades are not willing to change, they will get doomed with the party in the Arabian sea, and thrown into the dustbin of history .. Let them instead read some books on history and not just gulp daily from Das Capital and party newspapers ..

Police action against Marxists totally uncalled for ..

The highlights this week in the TP investigation has been the surrender of Kunjananthan and the subsequent questioning by police. Even though initially Kunjananthan refuted all charges against him, slowly he is releasing himself, in front of hard facts, witnesses and evidences. Slowly the picture is getting very clear and the hand of CPM leaders in the gruesome murder of TP is getting exposed.

The party under Pinarayi which has been all along denying it had any role to play in the murder will have a lot of hard questions to answer to the people of the state for the manner in which they have been resorting to hard core violence to settle scores. It is  a sad fact that the party has gone out of the grip of seniors and moderates like VS and are now in the firm grip of the extremists, who have cultivated a culture of terror and intolerance in the party ..

As M A Baby comrade has already accepted, the TP murder has damaged Marxist party beyond repair .. May be in the coming days, the top leaders will also go behind bars, from the topmost to the district level, but that should not cause any surprise to the ordinary malayali or sap the enthusiasm of the ordinary comrade who is uneducated and illiterate and who is being taken for a ride by these very respected leaders.

The immoral, unethical, criminal mindset ailing the party is so much etched in the party psyche, that the party will find it very tough to come out of it in the coming few years ... Maybe  Saju Skaria should try some sessions on criminal leadership to Pinarayi and co. in Kerala and see whether all those principles will work with these uncultured assassins !!

In the hope of a safe, secure and happy tomorrow for ourselves and our children in Kerala and the country, the criminals and the conspirers of the brutal murder, even if it be top leaders, should be given the right punishment. All the other skeletons and murder facts and details, falling off the cupboard should also be enquired and proper punishments meted out to the murderers, including the death penalty.

The Marxist party needs an introspection, are they existing for the poor or for the murderers ? A disgrace to the party of such great leaders and to a glorious land and civilization !!

CPM party villages in utter shambles ..

In a democracy, a political party thinks of having party villages where only party members and their ideologues would be permitted. Others will have to keep quiet and suffer the ignominy .. In the process, hide criminals in these villages and make them inaccessible to police ..

An irony, right ? But it happens in some places in West Bengal and Kerala .. In their thirst to impose their sway and fascist mindset on the people, the Marxist party thought over this crude idea .. Is it not violation of the rights guaranteed under the Indian Constitution which gives me the right and freedom to travel anywhere in the country and an attempt to restrict my freedom of speech and thought ?

I do not think Marxists in the country, present ones and old-timers, are such a bunch of boneheads and imbeciles as to think such things are possible .. Entha ithu vellarikkapattanamo ??

The step by the police to track and arrest these small-time petty criminals who have given shelter to the hard core ones is indeed a bold one which reinforces our faith in democracy that no one can take this country nor its governance, judiciary and constitution for a ride ..!

Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. - Martin Luther King, Jr.

Time pulls down the marxist face mask ..

It is indeed shocking to read the daily disclosures by the police, CBI and media of the excesses and high handedness of the marxist party in kerala over the past thirty years ..
The revelations of how they have carried out cold blooded murders and threatened witnesses of dire consequences if they spoke against the party in court and thus help comrades to escape punishment by law with the active connivance of the top marxist leaders in the state, speaks volumes of their criminal mindset, ideology and their very selfishness of allowing only one party and thoughts to flourish in rhe state. Is this what Karl Marx propagated in the guise of helping the downtrodden in society ?
Whatever little consideration society had for these people is now completely lost and wasted by the conduct of their comrades.
If terrorising the society is one way of imposing party dictates, then this is nothing but terrorism of the first kind .. This is to be condemned with all force by the society.
When we look back and see that  these people were allowed to have their say living in our society, a great guilt descends on every one of us. How can civilized people descend to such cruel pasttimes to achieve their selfish ends ?
Do they, the Marxist party followers, deserve to live in any civilized democratic society and be permitted to misuse and abuse the trust of the society ?
My heart bleeds for the victims of the political murders in kerala over the past forty years ? Who will listen to their silent cries for justice in the hope of a good, just  society in kerala ?
Did the society err ?
How long can the party leaders pretend that they are not involved in these cases ? One day truth will come out, that is certain ..!!

Some advice for future ..

A very wise Chinese philosophy of life and wealth.
Ponder and remember to practice these wise words.....

Sixty plus and Going Strong.
(Translated from the original in Chinese)

"There are 1000-year old trees in the mountain, but not many 100 year-old people"At the most, you live until 100 years old (only 1 in 100,000).If you live until 90, you only have 30 years. If you live until 80, you only have 20 years. Because you don't have many years to live, and you can't bring along things when you go, you don't have to be too thrifty.

Spend the money that should be spent, enjoy what should be enjoyed, donate what you are able to donate, but don't leave all to your children or grandchildren, for you don't want them to become "parasites".

Don't worry about what will happen after you are gone, because when you return to dust, you will feel nothing about praises or criticisms.
Don't worry too much about your children for "children will have their own destiny and find their own way. Don't be your children's slave"
Don't expect too much from your children. Caring children, though caring, would be too busy with their jobs and commitments to render any help.

Uncaring children may fight over your assets even when you are still alive, and wish for your early demise so they can inherit your properties.Your children take for granted that they are rightful heirs to your wealth; but you have no claims to their money.

60-year olds like you, don't trade in your health for wealth anymore;Because your money may not be able to buy your health.
When to stop making money, and how much is enough (hundred thousands, million, ten million)?

"Out of thousand hectares of good farm land, you can only consume three quarts (of rice) daily; out of a thousand of mansions, you only need eight square meters of space to rest at night".So as long as you have enough food and enough money to spend, that is good enough.

So you should live happily. Every family has its own problems. Just do not compare with others for fame and social status and see whose children are doing better, etc. but challenge others for happiness, health and longevity.
Don't worry about things that you can't change because it doesn't help and it may spoil your health.

You have to create your own well-being and find your own happiness; As long as you are in good mood, think about happy things, do happy things daily and have fun in doing, then you will pass your time happily every day.

One day passes, you will lose one day;One day passes with happiness, and then you gain one day.In good spirit, sickness will cure; in good spirit, sickness will cure fast; in good spirit; sickness will never come.

With good mood, suitable amount of exercise, always in the sun, variety of foods, reasonable amount of vitamin and mineral intake, hopefully you will live another 20 or 30 years of healthy life.

Case after case against CPM leaders .. Unfair !!

It is not fair that so many cases are being 'framed' or charged against CPM leaders in Kerala.

Isin't the same police who used to shiver in front of the CPM cadres, who are now emboldened by the TPC murder ?

Who has given rights to the police and the courts to charge cases aganst CPM comrades when they are peacefully doing their job of terrorising people and preparing murder lists of people to be konked off ? Who are the common people and media to raise their voices against the mighty CPM to raise voice against their misdeeds ?

If the police were prevented from conducting search of the CPM offices in Tellicherry and Kannur to gather evidence in the TP case, why should the police file case against the CPM members ? Who is the police to teach values and morality to CPM cadres ?

It started with MV Jayarajan, when he peacefully raided the Vadakara police station and had a sit-in arranged with CPM supporters outside with their daadagiri ready to even kill .. Cannot a citizen of the country enforce his writ on the police and subvert the laws of the land ? What a misuse of the media and the police ?

Then it went to Elamaram Kareem .. Just because he threatened the police and investigating officers and their children, can the Police charge cases against him ? What does the police think of Kerala , vellarikkapattanam ?

MM Mani from Idukki is a very faithful loyal CPM worker and a member of the Pinarayi Mafia.. Just because he opened his heart and gave out some truths, why should the police file murder cases against him, should he not be patted on the back at his heroics and for telling the truth ?? Poor Mani, now he has to run from court to Police station, home and round and round..

P Jayarajan finds himself embroiled in another case for obstructing the Police investigations.

If the Police and media find fault and arrest each and every CPM leader, who will run the party ? Did the govt of this at all ??

For the sake of a well functioning democracy, thugs, rogues and criminals should be allowed to have their free say in the governance of the land .. Hope the govt realises this sooner than later ..
