Sunday, Aug.8, 2010 photo shows the Panamanian-registered ship MSC Chitra, background, getting submerged after it collided Saturday with the MV Khalijia-II, another Panamanian-registered ship, unseen, in the Arabian Sea, close to Mumbai, India. Indian coastguard ships were working Monday to minimize the impact of oil spill from the collision,
